Sep & Oct – What’s on?

Hasn’t London been an interesting place to live recently? We had the chaps at TFL / RMT doing their commendable strikes – as a comedy club we laughed and or cried on those dates depending on the mood. We also sadly witnessed Her Majesty passing, for which we rescheduled shows in respect – what a time! However it wouldn’t be Groovie Comedy if we didn’t smile through the unpredictable, bouncing along as a team. And bounce we shall!

One of a kind Radu Isac and his musing on life are much loved at Groovie Comedy. He actually headlined our opening night in 2021 so it's a pleasure to have him back again. Enjoy the sweet chaos of Sonjas' hosting and join us for a night of laughter.

Chris Lynam, if you've never seen his marvelous brand of comedy clowning and explosive skits you are in for a treat. Fans are delighted that his material is ever changing, inspired by his international career.

This talented young Irishman whips one-liners into a storm of bizarre storytelling which will leave you wondering about many things - his sexuality or if he's serious at all, but we're certain he'll give you the giggles. Join us for Sonias' beautiful brand of friendly hosting and enjoy the night with us.

Katie McLeod host and Berlin based comedian Mohi Zhang is guest. Before the comedy we have a performers, influencers and public speakers mindfulness workshop with magnificently awesome Dr Audrey Tang. Plus! Halloween party and networking until 11pm.

14th September – Calamity Cabaret

Get your ticket to ride this roller-coaster of non-sense cabaret clashed with stand up comedy, drag queens, and spoken word poetry. 

Our cabaret is queer, inclusive, and certainly unlike the last show you saw. Beard & The Queen are your friendly hosts Alex Ratman and Dark Sugar (Thomas W Kelly). After two sell out editions of this special show they can’t wait to show you what they’ve got in store.
