Groovie Comedy present a fun night out in central London for fans of stand up comedy and variety. A London comedy club showcasing diverse comedians and rising stars, we welcome you to enjoy great vibes and fun times with us. Enjoy laughter, be groovie.
We produce weekly on Mondays at 7 Oxendon St SW1Y 4EE, monthly cabaret shows at Village 512 in Dalston, last Thursday every month at The Grove. Special events are both, in Piccadilly and in Hammersmith & our customer’s sites.
We work in partnerships across Europe, run corporate, community, personal & professional development & networking events as well as international cultural exchanges; comedy, dance, wellness & coaching being the principal themes as well as diversity & inclusion. Comedy for us is just another tool in our multifaceted toolbox so we do not call ourselves ‘stand up club’ as we sometimes sit down, run, jump or even dance but one thing is for sure we do not just stand up… We stand up for others to lift them up wherever they find themselves in their careers and life.

At Groovie Comedy we champion diversity & inclusion, diverse styles & concepts. We believe to think “outside the box” one has to be outside the box: stand up, musical, character, sketch, clowning, musical theatre, dance shows, talk shows, festivals, educational events, comedy improvisation & acting & role play. We aim to balance some of the inequalities in the entertainment industry and discover new superstars. Our corporate clients like us to innovate for them so we have to keep our talent pool as wide as we practically can since we invite those performers to corporate events too.
